This is a 4-week group for people who want to make changes and need accountability. Behavioral science has accumulated an overwhelming amount of research and advice on how to be happy and healthy. In each session, we will present a bite-size piece of advice that you can try out and troubleshoot in a supportive group! As an active participant in this group, you will define clear goals, create a doable plan, and stick with it!
Fee: No enrollment fee. $40 for each 60-minute group session which may be partially or fully covered by insurance.
Schedule: Fridays Noon to 1:00 beginning March 5th and will run for 4-weeks.
