This drop-in group offers women a place to come together in community to share our wisdom and strengthen our sense of belonging in the world. Each week there will be time for guided mindfulness practice, teaching, and group discussion.This is an on-going open group designed for women who are going through a time of transition or want to make a change but feeling stuck. In each session, the psychologist who leads the group will share relevant research and teachings from the field of psychology that you can apply to your life.
Group discussion on the topic presented will be facilitated by the psychologist leading the group but it is not required in order to benefit from the group. This group is intended to be supportive and educational but is not intended to take the place of professional psychological or medical treatment for a specific mental health or medical problem. This group is not covered by health insurance.
